[COLOR:61,53,48,255,255,255]Jacbus is the name of the Jacob plantation on Eastern Shore Virginia.  It is located within a few miles of Hungar's Church.  The house was built about 1742 and still stands today in 2010.  Hancock Jacob I would have been the first owner of the house.  It is said that all the Jacobs up to the 20th century are burried on the property.  Ownership of the house left the Jacobs sometime between 1870 and 1890.
