It was in this year that John and Bridget Burton deeded a part of this tract to Littleton, Peggy, Tully and Michael Savage, the children of John Savage (N52G), deceased, and the widow Delither joined in the deed so far as her dower interest was concerned. John Savage Sr. had bought from Burton but had died before the deed was prepared. In 1791, Tully Savage having disappeared from the record, Golding and Peggy Ward and Littleton and Elizabeth Savage deeded their interests to Michael Savage. In 1830 after the death of Michael a survey for the heirs showed 204 1/2 acres.3
