William Kendall and his wife Susanna Baker, the widow of Thomas Eyre and Francis Pott, sold Capt. Francis Pott's land to Thomas Moore and William Junis. In 1665 Junis had sold his half to Thomas Scott and Gilbert Skinner and the three owners now divided, with Moore getting 525 acres and Scott and Skinner each 262 1/2 acres. Skinner sold his to John Knight and Thomas and Ann Scott sold his quarter to William Kendall.^6,7

When any of my children marry or leave the plantation, they to take their equal share. My son Thomas to be at age at 16. To my godson John Jones one cow calf. My son William extr.
