I, Absalom Martin bein in old age and feel certain I can't live long and having a small portion of the goods of this world and being desirous to distribute the same to my heirs at my death-I do therefore set this forth as my last will and testament.

Item 2 It is my will that William Salter get out of my property at my death one dollar and each child of his, heirs of Temperance, a daughter of mine, Ten Dollars.

It is my wish that the heirs of Moses Martin, deset (Deceased) have the part coming to them out of my estate and for that to be equally divided between them and I desire that the property coming from my estate to Polly Tanner, wife of Eli Tanner, shall be hers and the heirs of her body and free from the claim of all other persons whatever.
And I further desire that the property coming from my estate to Elizabeth Porter, wife of John S. Porter, shall likewise go to her and the heirs of her body and free from the claim of all other persons whatever and I also desire the property given to my children heretofore not to be reconsidered in the division after my desest.
