To my son Culpeper Pigot (under 14) 350 A., being part of the 750 A. bought of my brother-in-law John Robins, Gent. To my son Thomas Pigot (under 21) 400 A., it being the other part of the 750 A. My son Thomas to choose whether his part will bound upon Broad Creek Branch or upon Wilkins Branch. The final division to be by a line running from John Daniel's land to the bay side. To my son Ralph Pigot the plantation I now live upon. My dau. Elizabeth (under 16) to abide with my son Ralph until she is married. To son Ralph three ns., viz., James Carter, Paul Carter, and Anthony George. To son Thomas ns. Peter George and Edward Carter. To my dau. Elizabeth n. women Dennis & Anne Harmar. To my son Culpeper, Nat the son of Ann Harmar, Jack Piper the son of Dennis, n. girl Mall, and old Tony, all Negroes. Elizabeth, and my son-in-law Yardley Michael. My children to dispose of their parts of my estate in England (or that shall come from England) as they see fit.
