| Obituary | His Obituary. J. Clint Vaughn Sr, age 59, of Whitesboro, passed away on Sunday, August 28, 2011 at Wilson N. Jones Medical Center in Sherman, TX. He was born September 10, 1951 in Graham, TX to George Joe Lee and Virginia Boydston Vaughn. He went to Collinsville High School and lived and worked most of his life in the Whitesboro community as a self-employed landscape artist. Visitation will be on Tuesday evening at Meador Funeral Home in Whitesboro, TX from 6:00-7:30 pm. A funeral service will follow at 7:30pm. Honorary pallbearers are Richard Lemmons, Randy LaPrelle, Chuck Mills, Collum Thompson, Jr., and Bubba Ryley. He is survived by one son, Joe Clint and wife, Traci Vaughn of Pilot Point; daughter Sondra and husband, Kurt Hall of McKinney; daughter, Melody Klas and Darrell Cason of Whitesboro; grandchildren, Dallas and wife, Kasey Slay; Kaleigh Hall, Tristan and Luke Vaughn, Delaney and Kiley Klas and Cooper Cason; great granddaughters, Kenned and Kadynce Slay; and a host of friends. Services are under the direction of Huff/Slay Funeral Home in Pilot Point. | |
