The last Will and Testament of Mary Scott dec'd was proved by the oaths of John James Bradford & John Tankard witnesses thereto, and ordered to be recorded. And upon the motion of John Brickhouse the Executor therein appointed, and having given bond with security, and taken oath for the true performance of the same according to law certificate is granted to him for obtaining a probate thereof in due form. Also on this same date it was ordered that Joachim Michael, Jacob Sturgis, John Evans & Marshall Stakes (of any three of them being first duly sworn) do appraise the Estate of Mary Scott dec'd first setting apart the Estate of Tatum and Margaret Scott dec'd and report the same to the next Court.5,6,2
