| Anecdote | Evidently the Scott grandchildren (Mary, Azariah, George and John) named in the will of Mary Scott dated 22 Jan 1752 were all the children of her dec'd son Tatum Scott as there has been no mention of any other Scott children found to date. Evidently at least Azariah Scott was of age during the settlement of Tatum's estate as no guardian was named for him. This would put his birth circa 1728. | |
