GILSTRAP, Wiley WILEY GILSTRAP Wiley Gilstrap, age 84, of Lawrenceville, passed away Sunday, September 12, 2010. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Ann Gilstrap; son, David Gilstrap; brother, Harold Gilstrap; mother, Zola Gilstrap; and father, Comer Wiley Gilstrap, Sr. He is survived by his daughters, Lee Feeney, and Susan Aspinwall; son, Dale Leopold; sister, Gloria Uselton; grandchildren, Katherine Feeney, Matthew Feeney, Ryan Leopold, Nicole Leopold, Jamie Aspinwall, and Shelby Aspinwall; and sister in law, Clara Gilstrap. Wiley grew up in Jackson, MS until the age of 15 when he and his family moved to Washington DC. He served in the U.S. Air Force before graduating from the University of Maryland. He retired to Clearwater, FL after serving 29 years in the CIA. He enjoyed golfing, tennis, and was an avid Redskins fan. Wiley also enjoyed living abroad, where he learned Spanish and Portuguese. A memorial service for Wiley will be held Wednesday, September 15, 2010 at 2PM at Tom M. Wages Lawrenceville Chapel. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
