Land LeftHe left land. In his will JAMES MEADOR left WEALTHY and her children 162 acres of land along the Crooked Creek, which bounded land owned by FREDRICK SCRUGGS, JOHN H. AYRES, EDWARD B. FLOOD, and SMITH. This land became known as the“MEADOR HOME TRACT”, and was sold on September 24, 1904 by WYATT S. MEADOR and his children, to WILLIAM A. SILVERY of Dillwyn, Virginia.
