Court held 13th March 1689/90. Ordered that William Loxham shall make present payment of the sum of one hundred and sixty pds of tobacco to JOHN COLCLOUGH, BENJAMIN COLCLOUGH and Phillip Willen per piece for their attendance four days at Court in suit depending between him and Charles Baldridge with costs. Ordered that Thomas Howard shall make present payment of the sum of Eighty pounds of Tobacco to BENJAMIN COLCLOUGH for his attendance two days at Court in a suit depending between him and Thomas Odenele with costs. Pages 29-30. Court held 14th March 1689/90. BENJAMIN COLCLOUGH complaineth against Nathal.
